Hi, I’m Nikki.
For a long time, I built a life that looked right on paper. Business. Law. A pursuit of titles and diplomas. And yet, underneath it all, I felt disconnected from my voice. There was a question I could not shake: Is this really my path?
Over time I learned that silence felt safer than being seen. So I hid behind titles, overthought my next move, and waited to feel ready. Without realising it, I built what I now call my cocoon of comfort.
Everything changed when I realised I was not lacking skill, tools or confidence. I was avoiding consistent daily action. I was avoiding the small, uncomfortable steps required to use my voice.
Through sport, I learned how to build discipline and routine. Through speaking, I learned how to express what I truly believed. And through consistent action, I rebuilt not only my career, but my sense of self.
So I left my conventional path and I became a speaker, a workshop facilitator, an MC. I built a platform around a single, powerful question: Why not me?
That question led me to the TEDx AlWasl stage, where I shared my journey of unmuting my voice and stepping fully into my authentic self. It became the philosophy behind everything I do: that influence and impact begin the moment we choose to speak up.
You do not find your voice by waiting. You find it by using it. And confidence is built through consistency.
Today, I work with professionals and founders who know they are meant for more, but feel stuck between who they are now and who they want to become. Capable, intelligent, driven people who are quietly hiding behind comfort, procrastination, or fear of being seen.
I help them move from hesitation to action. From hidden capability to visible impact.

I am not someone who has it all figured out. I am someone building in real time, documenting the uncomfortable middle, and proving that you do not need permission or the right timing to begin.
